AGM
Our reconvened AGM was held on Friday 5th January, with all remaining positions filled for 2024. We congratulate all the newly appointed officers on their new roles and wish them well for the coming year. Thank you to all our outgoing officers Barry Costello, Colum Fox, Terry Kelleher, Mary Healy and Marie Prunty for their work and dedication to the club over the past number of years.

Rinn Gaels Presentation
This coming Sunday January 21st the victorious Rinn Gaels teams of 2023 will receive their medals at a presentation in Gortletteragh Community Centre getting underway at 2pm. Leitrim manager and former Footballer of the Year Andy Moran will present Rinn Gaels U13 Division 1 League Winners, U15 Division 1 Leitrim Féile winners , U15 C Championship winners, and U17 B Championship winners with their medals. Light refreshments will be served and all are welcome to this great event to celebrate a fantastic year across all age grade.
Membership:
Club membership for 2024 is now due. Membership can be paid online at Foireann.ie. Membership rates for 2024 are as follows:
- €90 for Adult players
- €40 for Adult student player
- €30 for non-players
- €20 for social-membership
- Family Rates:
- 2 non-playing Adults + 2 underage players €80
- 1 non-playing Adult + 4 underage players €70
- 2 non-playing Adults + up to 4 underage players €90.
- 4 underage players €50
- Single underage player €20.
If you are not familiar with the online process you can still pay your membership to any club officer.
National League
Congratulations to the Leitrim Ladies on a positive start to their Lidl Ladies NFL Div 4 campaign away to Kilkenny last weekend. Wicklow are the visitors to Ballinamore this weekend for Round 2
Pre Season
Hard luck to the Leitrim seniors who fell just short against Galway in the FBD League last Friday. We wish them all the best as the prepare for their upcoming NFL Div 4 opening games against Waterford and London.
Congratulations
On Sunday last Arva GAA club made history of their own by winning the All Ireland Junior Championship. Congratulations to all the players, many of whom would have shared a dressing room with our own players in Moyne Community School down the years, and everyone associated with the club on this historic occasion.
